Even if you thk this isn't important for 'realistic' medieval simulatn (and hontly, the game still has optns for wispread magic-g wch cults or reformed religns wh entirely ahistoril social stanc, and support for moddg to take those even further), there have been numero great total nversn mods for CK2 and CK3 over the years, some of which take the game to worlds where gay marriage and relatnships would be much more normalized, like After the End or var fantasy world mods.

I was able to reluctantly accept the harddg for no gay marriage the lnch release bee I hoped they'd be workg on and fix a future patch.
