Furthermore, for sexual mory youth, social support om peers ( the form of Gay-Straight Allianc), parents, and other adults is sential for enhancg health, well-beg, and tnal out— out that are negatively impacted by mory strs experienced by sexual mory youth (Detrie & Lease, 2007; Hatzenbuehler, Birkett, Van Wagenen, & Meyer, 2014; Ryan et al., 2009; Toomy, Ryan, Diaz, & Rsell, 2011). After adjtg for the nfound nature of socenomic stat and race/ethnicy, ltle to no differenc rema the social support works of Whe and racial/ethnic mory dividuals the general populatn (Griff et al., 2006), as well as specifilly among HIV-posive gay and bisexual men (e.
