MDMA ers th nstute a group at risk for sexually transmted diseas, cludg HIV, and other problems. The data suggt that MDMA e is associated wh beg more ‘out’, which may be advantageo helpg gay men al wh harmful psychologil effects of stigma, but may place dividuals settgs that expose them to MDMA. The men have also prumably already been well exposed to safer sex msag wh the gay muny, th raisg challeng for terventns aimed at preventn, as well as opportuni (e.g. MSM and muny specific terventns) that need to be further explored.
