David Rudolph Ksler, who beme the first openly gay psychiatrist at UCSF's Langley Porter Psychiatric Hospal back the 1970s.
Ksler wrote that he was spired by Harvey Milk to e out 1978 durg a Langley Porter Instute grand round, beg the first such openly gay faculty member on the mp.
