Paolo Lorenzana: There was a Bohemian sort of gay scene the '90s. Malate, a district Old Manila, had a lot of gay bars where artists hung out, gay men, drag queens. Whether 's a foreign gay iend who's g over, or you jt want to meet up wh your other gay iends, O Bar is where to go.
