Tasmanian emergency servic personnel, cludg Police Commissner Darren He, have joed the state's gay and lbian muny a march to celebrate turnout was the largt Tasmanian Pri para the event's history, wh an timated 500 people marchg through the streets of Hobart on Saturday.

"Veteran gay rights activist Rodney Croome says the muny still faced many men who were arrted unr our former anti-gay laws are yet to have their crimal rerds erased, other stat have done this, Tasmania is yet to do , " he said. " Next year will be the 20th anniversary of the crimalisatn of homosexualy Tasmania, the last jurisdictn to do so.
