Fai n talk about the book's portrayals of gay characters. How do character pictns like those Will Grayson, Will Grayson impact teen rears -- both gay and straight?

What do you thk is the signifince of the fact that this was the first gay-themed YA novel to wd up on The New York Tim bt-seller list? He’s bt iends wh a large, gay, football player named Ty Cooper. I feel like Ty’s a very “stereotypil gay person.
Will Grayson #2 is a prsed, gay, cis boy.

In my opn, he’s a more realistic gay character. The send is David Levhan's Will Grayson, who is a closet homosexual, gothic, and a manic prsive. Really, uld have been lled Ty's Two Cooper is the world's largt gay person.
Not necsarily the most gay or the most large, but the ultimate batn of the two. There are gay characters that are not clich. And there is a fantastil, over-the-top, gay-lic endg a form of a high school mil (I bet, urty of David Levhan) - my least favore part of the novel, BTW.
On the whole, the novel was a pleasure to read: very entertag, very gay (no offense tend any way - read the novel and see what I mean) and very different.
