He's tortured by what the meang of his existence is, what his is, what he believ . You don’t see characters like Louis very often. They don’t often get to be the hero. </p><p data-no-id="9" class="css-18vfmjb et3p2gv0"><strong>Sam Reid:</strong> What I love about Ltat is that he has all the dark layers, but really, the way that he shows vlence is through love. It’s a very backwards way of g at a monster. Ltat always starts wh a ep attractn or ep love for someone, then be que sadistic the way that he approach those relatnships. The are Anne Rice monsters, so they're om the Mary Shelley tradn where there's so much humany wh them. He’s a monster who lov first—he wants to be accepted and appreciated, and therefore adored and worshiped. He's not tryg to sre anybody. He's tryg to get you to fall love wh him.
