Après avoir exploré l vic du i ecclésiastique dans le brillant Grâce à Di en 2019, François Ozon effectue un sacré virage en proposant ici une que adolcente gay misant sur une nostalgie certae. On se réjou d'avance déuvrir un nouve film gay, une proposn bien trop rare dans le céma ançais, bien qu'Été 85 n'a pas enre date sortie en France.
The scen are great, the actors te to their characters, but what out is a story swayg between a ksch gay teenagers' love affair and a fay drama. The endg is weird (I am referrg to the urt sentence), takg to acunt the fact that the subject of homosexualy was at the time socially unacceptable was extremely poorly part of the story to that pot, wh the exceptn of a vague reference to an uncle).

Concludg, this is a medcre film to watch if you are to gay dramas and have nothg better to do. Match up the standards of east asian gay drama seri, but not the on of ma stream cematography, and is fely not Ozon's most brilliant acplishment. François Ozon a été été fidèle livre, qui ne problématise jamais l’homosexualé et n’en fa pas un enj.
