My recent book Homophobia the Hallways: Heterosexism and Transphobia Catholic Schools explor and effects of the long-standg disnnect between Canadian Catholic schools and the Canadian Charter of Human Rights vis-à-vis sexual and genr mory groups.
I sought to document how such homophobic polici and views are impactg teachers and stunts and to unver what is actually happeng. All of the rearch participants experienced some form of homophobia or transphobia their Catholic schools.
