"I thk the paper's done more than I uld have ever dreamed about, " says Mark Segal, the publisher of Philalphia Gay we celebrate LGBTQ History month, a new, historil marker was unveiled Center Cy celebratg the Philalphia Gay News. "In the past 47 years, Segal helped make Philalphia Gay News one of the most award weekly newspapers the says he's humbled by this honor om the Pennsylvania Historil and Mm Commissn.
