As I unrstand , SP's Chanc of Gay/Bi Sim kick when an uncid teen ag up to YA. In other words, settg those chanc to 80 and 20 will not give you 100% gay/bi sims and actually won't have an impact at all right away, until a generatn or two ag up. Chance of Gay Sim - this one rolls first.
