Well, at the time Mount Gilboa plantatn was managed by Sir John Gay Alleyne; a proment Barbadian polician. After his passg, regnn of his mendable work the tate was partially renamed his honour; As such, was at that time that The Mount Gilboa Plantatn changed to The Mount Gay Plantatn - rived om the e of his middle name; as another plantatn already existed at the time unr the name “Mount Alleyne”.

Lucy at the actual distillery; there is no gift shop there but there is a separate Mount Gay visor center/gift shop the Worthg you for this wonrful review, very tailed. I was slightly disappoted by the range and qualy of mount gay products the souvenir shop. I genuely hold Mount Gay as some of if not the bt m the world, and Romal's tour took over the top.
