In that sense, the most radil and ostensibly funny thg about Erasm and Pl is that they get to be openly gay and rtoonishly out-of-touch.

Rudd is believable as a nrotic TV producer (wh hipster beard and glass), who’s the more rponsible of the pair, but Coogan’s narcissistic celebry chef Erasm Bumble (“like the gay Butch Cassidy, but not butch”) dials up the character’s mpns for cheap lghs, swanng around racon furs and suggtg the kid might enjoy “the Geia O’Keeffe Mm and a nice salad”, rather than ice cream and the ar. Every joke’s punchle is that the characters are gay, makg difficult to unrstand who exactly, 2018, the film hop to make a trailer for Ial Home. There were many moments, while unrstated, that were absolutely hilar - No cheap lghs at the expense of the last thg, and I hope I'm not oversteppg as a heterosexual, but I thought the gay relatnship between Pl and Erasm was treated wh rpect and not meaned any way.
