Licensor shall at s own st execute any addnal documents and do or procure that any other acts or thgs are done om time to time to give full effect to this Agreement and secure to the full benef of the rights, powers, privileg and remedi nferred upon The Gay Passport this Agreement. Licensor may seek to termate this Agreement at any time, however, this Agreement shall only be termable upon the mutual agreement of the parti, the nsent of which may be granted or nied The Gay Passport’s sole discretn.
