A uple months ago, lol artist Loschue Lo began patg a lorful mural at the Napale Lounge, a historic gay bar Green Bay. “People would walk by (the ont door) and they’d throw fireworks and firecrackers, water balloons to the bar to kd of sre patrons for beg a gay bar, servg gay patrons, ” Tenpenny explas.
