Lbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgenr and Queer (LGBTQ) Pri Month is currently celebrated each year the month of June to honor the 1969 Stonewall Uprisg Manhattan. The Stonewall Uprisg was a tippg pot for the Gay Liberatn Movement the Uned Stat.
In the Uned Stat the last Sunday June was ially celebrated as “Gay Pri Day, ” but the actual day was flexible. The purpose of the memorative month is to regnize the impact that lbian, gay, bisexual and transgenr dividuals have had on history lolly, natnally, and ternatnally.
