Like all good art, the lyrics to Depeche Mo songs such as "Master and Servant" and "Strangelove" leave room for terpretatn. In the small mds of young homophob, most terpretatns erred on the si of man-on-man dungeon sex ssns filled wh dgs, oils and punishment. In "Strangelove," lead volist Dave Gahan sang: "strange highs and strange lows. Strangelove, that's how our love go. …Pa. Will you return ?" In "Master and Servant" he sang about a new game that's a lot like life, a "play between the sheets. Wh you on top and me unrneath, fet all about equaly." The latter song only fed mors that the band was gay by featurg a crackg whip sound as part of the beat.

My iend was sayg that Depeche MO are gay. Gay like really stupid or gay like homosexual? If your g gay to say theyre stupid...ehhh....they arent my flavor but theyre tolerable.
Gay like homosexual?
THE GAYT DEPECHE MO SONGS OF ALL TIME
I was askg if they are or have homosexual agenda. Mart Gore, the keyboardist is gay I thk, but the band arn't on the whole no.
Depeche Mo, as a whole, are not gay. Mart Gore is, by most acunts, gay. The one origal member of Depeche Mo (who left early on and i fet his name) who went on to form Erasure is gay.
Apart om this, Depeche Mo are not gay. Anyway, no, their mic do not ph a 'homosexual agenda' (however, if you're talkg about the gay club scene, I'm pretty sure their mic is popular there, but so are a lot of other heterosexual artists'). I mean, if they did ph a homosexual agenda, why would "Enjoy The Silence" have been rerd?
