Sen. Mar Rub (R-Fla.) lled the bill a “stupid waste of time” to a reporter<b> </b> July before walkg to an elevator and fdg himself squished next to Baldw. She began makg her se for why the bill was necsary the elevator and ntued tryg to whip his vote for months, attemptg to nvce him that the <i>Obergefell </i>cisn really was unr threat, she said.
