“It was a big football school the middle of farm untry, so you know growg up gay there you kd of felt out of place a lot of ways, ” Dutzer relled. “I didn’t really have any iends that were gay or that knew I was gay, so whenever I experienced pa, I had to learn how to al wh on my own.
Dutzer’s fay didn’t know he was gay until they found out on natnal televisn. “I thk my dad was embarrassed; he never really told people that I was gay, ” Dutzer said. “We were growg up a small town, and ’s one of those thgs where straight guys jt don’t talk about gay people.
