For travelers to India, there is a general perceptn that India is closed to Gay travelers, the untry is largely nservative however the bigger ci like Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore are more acceptg of gay people. Delhi has some good gay sna's (of urse the are no where close the large morn sna's Europe / Thailand, but atleast a begng has been ma).

I fd Delhi the most gay iendly after the Delhi High Court passed a judgment strikg the Sectn 377. The bt gay sna is Spartac (they have a webse too) and is que happeng on Fri / Sat. The other gay massage jot is Kalpkaya South Delhi - East of Kailash ( you n google out) this is not as nice as Spartac but like they say ' change is the spice of life' rather than visg the same sna everyday, you uld try this one.
On Tue the pegsnpts offers a good night a gay nightclub each tue for the longt time but I gus there mt be many more that has e up now. Mumbai has several excellent hotels, all of which would be suable, gay or otherwise. Certaly the top hotels are very ed to alg wh a variety of clientele om around the world, and there is no "gay-specific" reason to pick one over the other my view.
