Melbourne’s annual celebratn of gay and lbian culture and art is also known as the Midsumma Ftival. Space Coast Pri is a proud member of the Internatnal Associatn of Lbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgenr Pri Coordators (InterPri), a not-for-prof anizatn that provis support to over 200 groups that plan Pri events around the globe.
Victoria Police has over 450 LGBITQ+ liaison officers (LLOs), servg as ntact pots for the lbian, gay, bisexual, transgenr, tersex and queer muny. Melbourne Pri was a multi-generatnal and tersectnal celebratn; a State Government iative signed to celebrate and memorate Victorian LGBTQIA+ history and the 40th anniversary of the crimalisatn of homosexualy wh events and activi all over the state of Victoria.
