The Internatnal Gay Roo Associatn , found 1985, Competors pete for prize money and the tle of All Around Cowboy and Cowgirl at each roo. The wners of each event receive trophy buckl signed by the hostg associatn. At season's end the nttants wh the hight pots each event receive vatns to the World Gay Roo Fals prented by IGRA. The event was renamed 2009 om the prev "Internatnal Gay Roo Fals" moniker held om s onset Hayward, California. The origal tent of the roos was fundraisg, and while highly petive and stctured roos still serve the primary purpose of beg fundraisers. The money raised at the roo is donated to the signated chari of each associatn. In total IGRA and all the associated associatns have donated to furtherg the dividual of all chari that are benefactors of roo funds. * the international gay rodeo association *

In addn to our annual BigHorn Roo, NGRA has produced several other natnal events cludg the IGRA Annual Conventn 2000, the Internatnal Country-Wtern Dance Champnships 2000, IGRA Universy om 2006 through 2017 and World Gay Roo Fals 2015 & 2016.
