The waiver issued by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Servic will allow Greenville's Miracle Hill Mistri to ntue as a state-supported foster re agency. As part of the waiver's requirements, any fay that Miracle Hill do not allow to take re of foster children mt be referred to other agenci or the state Department of Social Servic. Henry McMaster asked for the waiver. He said Print Donald Tmp served cred for makg sure South Carola keeps as many groups as n to help place foster children. Gay rights groups and non-Christian relig groups opposed the waiver, sayg would cut down on the number of people willg to be foster parents and allows public money to take away rights.
