GEAR operated out of the home of Art MacDonald and published the High Gear newspaper, sponsored a gay hotle and speaker’s bure, provid limed servic spac at St. Followg this setback, GEAR opens the GEAR Gay Communy Center of Cleveland a three-room sue on the third floor of the Coventry Yard Mall Buildg. 1988The Lbian/Gay Communy Center of Greater ClevelandGEAR renamed self the Lbian/Gay Communy Service Center of Greater Cleveland addnally, The Livg Room and Prence and Rpect for Youth Sexual Mory (PRYSM) programs opened.
