Reports of homicis of queer, bi, or gay cisgenr men also creased 400% one year; 45% of the aths were related to hookups, most of which happened through onle datg apps or personal ads. In orr to ensure that the trend of creased LGBTQ+ hatred do not ntue 2018, we will have to face head-on. Our ernment mt not only llect more and better data about hate crim, but also vt rearch to create succsful mols of vlence preventn. Constuents mt mand that their reprentativ Congrs reverse anti-LGBTQ+ laws and polici and expand nondiscrimatn protectns for LGBTQ+ people.</p><p>NCAVP data shows that hate-driven vlence often occurs the private plac we equent, like our muni, hom, workplac, and shelters.
