The velopment featur a brand new, state of the art, 8, 000 square foot muny center owned and operated by the Long Island Gay and Lbian Youth, Inc., part of the LGBT Network. To that end, the velopment will feature an 8, 000 square foot Communy Facily to be owned and operated by the Long Island Gay and Lbian Youth, Inc. The LGBT Communy Facily will be on-se, but will be legally separated a ndo which will be owned and operated by the Long Island Gay and Lbian Youth, Inc.

The Stonewall Uprisg was a tippg pot for the Gay Liberatn Movement the Uned Stat. The last Sunday June was ially celebrated as "Gay Pri Day, " but the actual day was flexible.
The purpose of the memorative month is to regnize the impact that lbian, gay, bisexual, and transgenr dividuals have had on history lolly, natnally, and ternatnally.
