"Now we've found that sual observers n e ga and body shape to judge whether a stranger is gay or straight wh a small but perceptible amount of accuracy. Johnson and lleagu at New York Universy and Texas A&M measured the hips, waists and shoulrs of eight male and eight female volunteers, half of whom were gay and half straight. Based on the measurements, the rearchers termed that the gay subjects tend to have more genr-ngent body typ than their straight unterparts (hourglass figur for men, tubular bodi for women) and body motns (hip-swayg for men, shoulr-swaggerg for women) than their straight unterparts.
