Gay and/or gay iendly hangouts on Margara Island... I checked the foms for gay hangouts and spots on the island but the last fom for a related topic was closed early 2010... We'll be stayg near Juangreigo but lookg to get around the island to see what there is to be seen, have some fun and hang anyone know if there are any gay bars, beach, rtrants and/or hangouts on the island?

I'm sure there are bars Margara for gay persons but I have no more helpful rmatn for you than that. Gay iendly?

I tly don't know how the straight muny is toward the gay muny MI. All I know is that there is a gay muny Margara bee I know a DJ that do parti there and he told me the gay party scene is pretty good. I would say Margara and Venezuela are much more gay tolerant than many of the other, more nstervative, Catholic Caribbean islands.

Jt go and have a good time-there is actually a fairly large gay muntiy on Margara. As the prev poster (Nelven) said Venezuelans are more than happy to help you have a good time (straight or gay). In recent years 's really e on and gays are very visible all over the cy.
MI has always, our opn, been gay iendly and we ntue to vis - whout any hassle.
The trip was good - very ltle specifilly on offer for gay/lbian travelers BUT the island was amazg, open and very iendly. Was fun too but certaly lacks some gay what beach did u go to?, I went to el yaque beach every day and was excellent.
