This article is the rult of ethnographic fieldwork among amatr dancers, maly among gay adolcents om the outskirts of Salvador Bahia (Brazil), who label themselv as “flexible”. I propose that the language mobilized by the young people offer an important gui to unrstandg the distctive elements of this practice.
