Even if s rults are talkg pots, they’re substantial on. There’s a wi and strong range of tennci and impuls ntaed—and rtraed— “Dear Whe People,” which is why, though the movie self is a perfect example of the very phenomenon reprents, Simien himself reveals a talent and a temperament that are the very stuff of art.
