The Woodward Bar & Grill Midtown held the distctn of beg Detro’s olst gay bar until s untimely mise by a three-alarm fire last year.

Chi relled Garne as a “very genero man who red about gay kids and wanted them to have a place where they belonged. It’s been a bar sce 1910 and a gay bar sce at least 1961 but San Francis’s olst gay bar, Gangway, is the latt place to feel the force of gentrifitn the cy’s Tenrlo neighbourhood.
ONE OF NEW YORK CY'S OLST GAY BARS ON TRACK TO BEE CY LANDMARK
Gangway was one of several gay bars the Tenrlo, the cy’s ma gay hub for many years, most of which have now closed. There’s no fal word on what the bar will bee though another, non-gay bar looks most likely.
