He was born Brooklyn, NY, has three brothers who currently live the Uned Stat and intifi as Ain Amerin and gay/queer.
He is a Lead Rearcher for the Black Child and Youth Studi Network Ontar, and at Black Coaln for AIDS Preventn served as an evaluator of the Many Men, Many Voic, HIV tn terventn for young Black MSM, and a rearch nsultant for Pisso’s Black Canvas, a verbatim theatre piece about the liv of young Black gay men Toronto.

Robert’s path to beg a proud Black gay/queer man has been siar to many of his peers.
A fay that has grown wh love and acceptance over time, anized relign that ma difficult to rencile fah and sexualy, and the ntual work of undog shame that prevents the necsary self-love and acceptance pecially need for Black gay and queer men. As a MAX volunteer before gettg hired, he received a muny grant for Keepg 100, a Black gay men’s discsn group.
