As I wre this I am extremely disappoted and shocked by the attu shown to me by the receptnist at Gayton road surgery who after I rang up to ask to see a doctor about a lump on my neck refed this basic requirement and then proceed to hang up on me even though I was tryg to expla my suatn…I fd this behavur disgtg and totally unprofsnal and I will be takg this further…I have never my life enuntered such a rogatory and sensive attu…I lerally have no words for this disgraceful and totally unlled for attu. I believe is actually easier to to be granted an dience wh the Pope that is to see a GP at Gayton Road Health Centre.
