Melanie Gaydos, an experienced young mol wh a strikg, unique look, was posg outsi a "very ld" abandoned sanatorium at her very first big shoot: a mic vio for German dtrial-metal juggernt Rammste, directed by famed Spanish fashn photographer Eugen Recuen.
Gaydos was a big fan of both, havg disvered Rammste and Recuen almost simultaneoly when she was 11 or 12. Heavy-metal mic like Rammste's and visual art like Recuen's "dark but super-refed and betiful" photography helped Gaydos fd herself as a kid growg up "super-suburban" Tmbell, Connecticut.
