The Stonewall Rts— prott of a police raid at Stonewall Inn, a gay bar Greenwich Village, on June 28, 1969—sparked the morn movement for LGBTQ rights, as well as advocy for the legalizatn of gay bars and the anizatn of the first NYC Pri March (then known as the Christopher Street Liberatn Day March).
