    Gay, lbian or bisexual people are 10 tim more likely to experience discrimatn based on sexual orientatn than heterosexual people. Once the workplace, 42 percent of LGBT adults experience workplace discrimatn; the rate for openly gay adults is four tim that of workers whose sexualy was hidn.
