The followg study examed perceptns of posive tras homosexual relatnships. Stunts (n = 216) and profsnal unselors (n = 96) read one of three variatns of a transcript of a uple’s unselg ssn that were intil all aspects except for the nam of the uple members and associated pronouns, implyg sexual orientatn (eher John and Amy, Amy and Jennifer, or John and David). Participants then rated the uple’s level of mment, satisfactn, vtment, and closens. Surprisgly, the stunt group perceived no differenc between the upl, but the unselor group perceived the gay and lbian upl as havg higher levels of the posive relatnship tras.
