A qualative method has reached experienc of universy stunts, heads of equaly missns, profsors and admistrative staff regardg this nflict. Focsg on the qualative rearch tools, 30 semi-stctured terviews were nducted wh universy stunts and staff around issu related to the vlence agast lbian, gay, bisexual transgenr, queer and tersex stunts: 1) perceptn of vlence and discrimatn, 2) stutnal measur, 3) actns agast vlence. An analysis of exclnary and transformative dimensns was ed to intify emergent them. We have intified two dimensns for the analysis given their impact ntributg or overg vlence: exclnary and transformative. A wi range of forms of vlence on the grounds of sexual orientatn, genr inty and genr exprsn perpetrated at universi have been intified as exclnary facts and scribed by participants the study. Equaly missns have not received reports of vlence based on sexual orientatn, genr inty or genr exprsn, and universy staff shows certa unfaiary regardg the measur and polics to prevent and tervene s of vlence agast the lbian, gay, bisexual, transgenr, queer and tersex muny. Among the rults intified as transformative are the ways through which actns of lbian, gay, bisexual, transgenr, queer and tersex groups agast vlence and the profsors’ mment to tervene have a relevant impact on stunt’s wellbeg. An improvement and implementatn of anti-discrimatn protols wh mandatory applibily has also been documented.
