I'm exced to announce a new seri of articl for The Dougystyle Club which will be lled Gay4Gnge. Sce I've bee a mic fan Gnge and Alternative Rock have played an tegral role my velopment as a mic fan as well as soundtrack my journey of beg ep the closet to beg an out married gay man. On top of that I was unrstandg more and more that I was gay and not attracted to girls, but I was termed to hi as bt I uld.
I felt like I uldn't relate to anyone around me bee of my gayns.
In a lot of ways this had started 5th gra when I had my first klgs that I was gay and I was ma fun of for beg too girly. Sure, not everyone liked Gnge, but I wouldn't be ma fun of for beg too gay or girly for listeng to . Gnge mic self also spoke to the lonels I felt at the time and ep sense of sadns I was feelg for beg gay and the closet.

Sure, I now admted I was gay but I was dog everythg I uld to not be seen as gay actg. I got a lot of people at the time tellg me I wasn't like other gay people they knew, which at the time felt good to hear, but retrospect was damagg to my self-teem over the long hl. I was the gay who liked Gnge and rock and that's exactly how I wanted to be perceived at the time.
While I knew more about Gnge than most, I felt silenced a lot as a gay man wh the Gnge muny. That brgs back to the subject at hand and why I've cid to start Gay4Gnge. I hontly stretch the fn of Gnge to the breakg pot and there's a lot of ground I want to ver on Gay4Gnge bis jt the few re bands om the early 90s.
I'm gonna go over this now to give you all a good ia of what bands I will be verg the future for Gay4Gnge and why I'll be verg them.

Many later day Gnge fans tend to overlook the bands too, which I did for a long time as well, but hopefully through Gay4Gnge I n rrect that and make a few new nverts to the bands while I’m at .
Many of my favore bands for both Gnge and Rock mic as a whole are found this tegory as well, so along wh the Big 4 expect lots of -pth verage early on for the bands on Gay4Gnge.

I won't be gettg to the bands first, but I will get to them eventually and when I do, I will probably be passnately fendg most of the bands my Gay4Gnge articl. In all honty I won't be gettg to the bands any time soon Gay4Gnge, but at some pot I probably will. I fely want to wre about the bands on Gay4Gnge at some pot, but won’t be soon.
While I might not ver every band on this list, I thk this is a pretty solid roadmap of where Gay4Gnge will be gog. What you n fely expect next though will be two articl verg Stone Temple Pilots, my favore Rock band of all time, but more on them next time on Gay4Gnge. The word “gay” speaks to our abily to do exactly that.
