"The ACLU claims a letter to the Memphis Cy Schools dated April 29 that the prcipal requted over the school ter system that all the teachers and staff provi her wh the nam of stunts who were a uple, "hetero or homo.
"The list was pla se of anyone who walked to the prcipal's office, " said Sun, who said there were approximately 15 other upl on the list, cludg several more who were also gay. "Sun, who told that she believ the Memphis school district to be "homophobic, " said that Nicholas' mother — who was "shocked" to hear that her son is gay — reported that Beasley said she "had a problem wh homosexualy" and that "homosexualy will not be tolerated. "It's raised our ncerns about how gay stunts are treated, " add Sun, who said that the ACLU will take legal actn if they do not receive a rponse om the Memphis School District before May school board, meanwhile, is stickg to s stance.
