From the moment we heard about the Gay Polo Tournament, my partner Teraj and I knew we had to experience for ourselv bee we knew would be a great opportuny to see our muny e together and to meet like-md dividuals.

I personally had no ia what to expect as a first-time gay polo attene, so I prepped by surg Google and lookg up pictur om last year’s event for outf spiratn (bee we all know good outfs are key at a gay event). It was amazg to see how the center was transformed to a vibrant celebratn of gay sport, culture, and muny. The Gay Polo League (GPL), found by Chip McKenney, is a non-prof anizatn that promot clivy and diversy wh the sport of polo.

It was sual and fun, the perfect troductn to the gay polo fay. The ftive atmosphere was fect, and was hearteng to see the LGBTQ+ muny and s alli celebrate and support gay athlet.

Established 2010, by Chip McKenney, the Internatnal Gay Polo Tournament has grown populary, creativy, and impact wh nearly 3, 000 players, atten, and merrymakers om around the world attendg the event annually. In 2022, the Internatnal Gay Polo Tournament was ducted to the Palm Beach Sports Hall of Fame as the Champn of Diversy, Equy and Incln.
