So much Southern queerns one place: Fannie Flag, Dorothy Alison, Jericho Brown, Thomas Hal Phillips, Randall Kenan, Mnie Bce Pratt. I purchased some books, bought a pk Vlet Valley T-shirt, and had my picture taken ont of the rabow flag that hangs bi the sh register. I may have also shed a few tears. As a closeted teenager, growg up about an hour away, I never uld have imaged such a place would ever exist my neck of the woods. For the first time my life, I felt at home while at home.
