Noble Rot Soho will take over the se vated by the poli’s favoure Hungarian rtrant Gay Hsar, on Greek Street, Sprg 2020. The menu, om chef Pl Weaver wh, as before, The Sportsman’s Stephen Harris, will clu subtle referenc to The Gay Hsar’s glory days. The Gay Hsar, a rtrant created by the late Swiss-Welsh rtratr, Victor Sassie, closed, after 65 years, the summer of 2018.

The we bar and rtrant, beloved by reporters and crics alike, is takg on the se formerly occupied by the legendary poli hangout Gay Hsar.

The menu will aga e om Noble Rot head chef Pl Weaver – who arrived via The Sportsman – and will “clu subtle referenc to The Gay Hsar’s glory days.

The Noble Rot team has nfirmed that s highly anticipated send rtrant Soho will open this new rtrant will open on September 18, si the former home of the Gay Hsar on Greek Street.

Prr to s 2018 closure, Hungarian rtrant the Gay Hsar was well known as a meetg place for mid-century left-wg policians.
