In 1994, Pl Mart OBE (current Chief Executive of LGBT Foundatn) formed Healthy Gay Manchter part to ensure that men who have sex wh men were at the centre of the rponse to HIV. Volunteers packed ndom and lube packs every week and by 1999 they were packg 9, 000 every Wednday night to be distributed across 55 lotns cludg snas, shops and Manchter Gay Village venu.
