To pture this, parentg and other hoehold/regivg rponsibili are often referred to as unpaid re work (Richardson, 2012) the prent study, we explored workg-class gay dads' unpaid re work and paid work experienc g the lens of Psychology of Workg Theory (PWT).

We anticipated that workg-class gay dads' fay-work stori might challenge the grand reer narrative by disptg the notns of lear work trajectori and the centraly of paid work and would provi alternative narrativ of how work-fay rol are lived and navigated the ntext of heterosexism, enomic nstrats, and other systemic barriers.
