In 1950 Leonard Ashbach of the Leonard Ashbach Company acquired a ntrollg tert Wilx-Gay. One of the first thgs Ashbach did was arrange for Wilx-Gay to purchase Majtic Rad and televisn to fully merge the 3 pani he was headg.

In 1961 they got up om unr the SEC and promptly Ashbach changed the pany's name om Wilx-Gay Corp to Wilx-Gay-Majtic Electronics Corp. After skg Wilx-Gay he moved to Enco California and got a job headg up Monarch Electronics North Hollywood.
