Potential nflict of terts clu but is not limed to partners/mat of nttants, current promoters of nttants (example: a promoter of a regnal ntt whereby a nttants may be the current tleholr), cy prelimary promoters of that particular state ntt or a nttant who has already qualified, or tends to qualify, for the Miss Gay Ameri pageant, or any of s prelimari, durg that particular pageant season. The Judg Worksheet is subject to review by a pageant official (Miss Gay Ameri, Mad Angel Entertament or Promoter) and should be readily available for review, upon requt.

State/Regnal pageants or on the Natnal level) may not judge (durg the year which they tend to pete the next level pageant), any ntt, cludg Cy, State and Regnal prelimari, that is signated as a prelimary the Miss Gay Ameri system. While the Promoter and Miss Gay Ameri are ultimately rponsible for the nduct of the panel of judg, the Lead Judge shall be well versed on all of the l and regulatns of the pageant system to ensure that the behavr of the panel of judg is acceptable.
