William “Bill” Lawrence Gay passed away sudnly on March 13, 2023. He was born on May 18, 1956, Kston, North Carola, the third child of Marilynn Ferrell Gay and Joseph Daniel Gay. He is survived by his lovg wife of 33 years, Phyllis Johnson Gay (Atlantic Beach, NC); his son, Palmer At Gay (Atlantic Beach, NC); his dghters, Kara Johnson Gay and Keeley Ferrell Gay (Charlton, SC); mother--law, Ellen Brson Johnson (Kston, NC); sister, Lynn Gay Crawford (Kston, NC); brothers, Joseph Daniel Gay, Jr.
And wife Sara Beth (Wilmgton, NC) and Mark O’Brian Gay and wife Carol (Lville, NC); and many cherished niec, nephews, s, and iends. He was preced ath by his parents, Joseph and Marilynn Gay and father--law, At Rae Johnson Sr.
