Gay Entreprenrs Network is a work of LGBTI entreprenrs and bs profsnals that striv to nnect like-md dividuals and velop llaboratns. Many Two-Spir, Lbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, and Queer people Canada, particularly trans and genr non-nformg dividuals, face persistent barriers blockg their path to succs at work. A 2016 survey of over 800 Canadians signed to exame lbian and gay experienc the workplace found that 37% of rponnts believe that their workplace was not clive of lbian and gay people.
LOUD Bs has evolved out of the Gay Lbian Bs Associatn of BC, tablished over 35 years ago.

Chosen for their mment to poverty relief, muny velopment and/or the advancement of tn, the grant recipients were selected om a rerd pool of 87 applyg chari this fall by the Foundatn’s Board of Directors, prised of Gay Lea Foods employe, shareholrs, legat and directors.
